The following terms and conditions apply to gift cards issues by Gecko Climb:
- Gift cards will be valid for a period of 4 years from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards can be purchased either online or in person at Gecko Climb for any value amount.
- Through Gecko Climb's online store or in person, a gift card is issued as an email receipt and the value is recorded in our electronic memeber management system. The purchaser of a gift card chosses to either nominate who the card is issued to (by providing the gift recipient's name, email address and date of birth) or the purchaser can choose to have the gift card remain in their name;
- Where a gift card recipient is specified by the purchaser (through name, email address and date of birth), only the recipient can redeem the gift card
- Where a gift card recipient is not specified by the purchaser, the purchaser can either redeem the card's value for themselves or at a later date, indicate to whom the gift card is intended by providing us with the recipeints name, email address and date of birth. Please note the expiry of the card is from the date of purchase.
- A physical copy of the receipt need not be preseneted where the giftcard purchased has been linked to an existing customer's account. Where this is not the case, but we can confirm the gift recipient's name and date of birth from any form of valid identification matches the gift recipient recorded in the system, the gift card can be redeemed. In all other circumstances, a physical copy of the gift card (printed email receipt) will need to be presented.
- The value associated with any gift-card to which a person is entitled can be redeemend for any products or services sold by Gecko Climb for the value equivalent.
